It is possible that your suffixes were hidden. To check this, login to your account through our website and select “My Settings” and then “Rename & Hide your accounts”. Confirm that the checkbox to “Show Account” is checked for each of your suffixes and loans. If the box is not checked, the suffix or loan will not be shown on the Accounts screen.
