The call will come from 800-538-3328.  Text messages are sent from short code 454545. Please make sure your phone or phone servicer is not blocking EECU. If you are trying to log in using the full site, you can also use your email as a channel to receive the verification code. 


If you are still having issues, you may call us for further assistance at 1-800-538-3328. Once you are able to log in, you may enter a different Login & Security phone number under My Settings or More, Settings then My Settings on the mobile banking app.
