Login to your EECU online access and confirm that all the payee information is complete and accurate.  Contact the payee by phone to confirm if the payment has been received.  If payment has not been received, please contact us through our Member Service Center at 1-800-538-3328, or use the Chat Now feature when you are logged into Online Access, and a representative will assist you. 


Note: Before contacting EECU please locate your most recent account statement for the payee. We need the most up to date information on the payee and payment. We will open a research Service Request for the payment and it will be investigated by our Bill Pay vendor and the payee. This may require you to be on a conference call with both parties. We will notify you when we receive the results of the research investigation.
