If the payment was made by check and it has cleared your account, you may view an image of the check in Online Access through your checking account history; select the Print Image link to print a copy of the check. You may also view check images through our mobile banking app. 


If the payment was processed electronic, please contact our Member Service Center at 1-800-538-3328, or use the Chat Now feature when you are logged into Online Access, and a representative will assist you.  We can open a Service Request for you and retrieve a copy of the electronic item or proof of payment.  We can mail this information to the address we have on file for your account. 


An EECU representative may also assist you with a copy of a payment made by check that cleared your account more than 11 months ago.
