If you have applied for Online Access through our website or at a branch you should receive your PIN/password for the service within a few days. Your Username for the first time log in is your main member number. You may also contact us by phone to receive your PIN/password generally a few business days after your application was submitted. For applications through our website, if your account could not be approved for the service at this time you should receive an e-mail from EECU detailing why. The email is sent to the email address listed on the online application.   


If you applied at a branch office when you opened your account, you selected your PIN/password at new account opening and you are encouraged to login with your member number and PIN/password right away.
