To transfer a balance from another financial institution credit card to your EECU credit card, simply login to Online Access and select your credit card from the Accounts screen. On the Credit Card screen, Balance Transfer from the Account Services menu. Enter the requested information to complete the balance transfer. A balance transfer will be processed as a Visa cash advance, and a check or electronic payment will be sent to each of the merchants from whom you are transferring a balance.
