If you already have an EECU Visa credit card and want to lower your rate, you can request a credit qualification for a lower rate. The rate will be based on credit history and other factors. If you qualify for a higher rate than you currently have, you will be allowed to remain at your current rate.  Please call our Member Service Center at 1-800-538-3328 and a representative will assist you.
