Yes, you may use your EECU debit or credit card outside of the U.S.  To avoid interruption in service, it is a good idea to contact the credit union if you will be traveling outside the U.S. and you plan to use one of your cards. Or if you have Online Access or the Mobile Banking App you can login and complete the Traveling Members form in the Additional Services menu for Online banking or More menu for Mobile banking.
