Once you enroll in Visa eStatements you will no longer receive a paper statement.
If you would like to resume recieving paper statements, login to Online Access and select the credit card from the main Accounts screen. Select eStatements from the Account Info menu and then select Resume Paper Statements. If you have more than one credit card, you will need to complete these steps for each card.
