If you do not have a checking account or electronic access such as an ATM/Debit card, your statement is only sent quarterly. If you would like to request that your statements be sent to you monthly, please call our Member Service Center at 1-800-538-3328 and a representative will assist you.
If you have Online Access Home Banking, your statements will be electronically available each month. If you would also like a physical statement sent to your address on file, complete the Paper Statement Opt-In form on our website.
