The credit union uses email encryption software to protect sensitive member information. Occasionally, you may receive an email from us that has been encrypted. To read the email, you will click the link in the body of the email and then follow the instructions for setting up a Messenger Account. You will be asked to enter your first and last name, create a Secure Messenger password, and password hint phrase to set up the account. Once the setup is complete you may return to your email inbox and read the e-mail. The next time you receive a secure email from the credit union, you will only need to enter your Secure Messenger password.
