You can use the Card Control "off" feature in Online Access or the Mobile Banking App to immediately stop your card from being used. Then, contact the credit union as soon as possible at 559-437-7700 or 1-800-538-3328 Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to have your card blocked and file a dispute.
