To stop an online debit card purchase, we recommend contacting the merchant to whom the payment was made and try to cancel the transaction. If that's not an option, you may call our Member Service Center to block your card, however it may take up to 10 business days to issue you a replacement card. If the purchase is fraudulent, you may submit a letter of dispute to EECU, however this will also result in a block on your debit card.
